Delivery Timeline
- Our standard delivery time is at least 2–3 business days after order dispatchment.
- Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier issues, weather conditions, regional conflicts, strikes, public holidays, etc.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return or refund if:
- The product is expired, or incorrect.
- The product is unused and in sealed condition.
- The return request is raised within 24 hours of delivery.
Opened, used, or partially consumed food items are not eligible for return or refund due to food safety and hygiene reasons.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used food products
- Products purchased on sale or promotion
- Items damaged due to customer handling.
- We pack all our products(specially ramen) with care(in a box with Fragile marked on it), but its delicate nature means it may break during shipping. We appreciate your understanding that we cannot accept returns or provide refunds in this regard.
Refund Process
- Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer
Return Process
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order
- Share clear photos or videos of the issue for verification
- Our team will review and approve the return request
- Once approved, a return pickup will be arranged (where applicable)
Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or incorrect item), shipping charges will be covered by us
- If the return is due to customer preference, shipping charges will be borne by the customer
